Honors Student Council (HSC) is a student organization committed to fostering academic growth, creating a vibrant and cohesive Honors student community, and giving back to the local community. Honors Student Council members plan festivals and other social events, service activities, academic lectures, annual fairs and other ways of connecting students to the greater Louisville community throughout the year.
The Honors Student Council (HSC) of the University of Louisville seeks to: foster academic growth; provide greater leadership and volunteer opportunities to Honors students within the university; create a cohesive student community through social activities; establish a forum through which students, faculty, administration, and staff of the Honors Program may communicate openly and effectively; and make a positive difference in the surrounding community.
The Honors Student Council at UofL brings together a community of unique and like-minded individuals determined to make a positive impact on campus. Our team is split into six groups: Academics, Historian, Outreach, Services, Socials, and Social Media. With the help of each committee and executive team member, HSC provides its students with numerous opportunities.
